A popular pairing is using monday.com and QuickBooks united with the power and Actions of Glances. Here are a few of the things possible with monday.com and QuickBooks as well as some information on how to get this process started.

With Glances, you can create a new QuickBooks customer, invoice, estimate, etc directly from the monday.com item.
These Actions are available by default in any Professional level plan.
Pre-fill QuickBooks records from the monday.com item
Our team can map your monday.com fields to pre-fill your Actions. This means we can pull data from your monday.com item and place it into your QuickBooks invoice, estimate, etc to reduce opportunity for error and remove the need to copy/paste or manually enter data.
To put this into place, we'll need to know:
- The board you'd like to send invoices from.
- The fields from monday.com you'd like to pre-fill from the item and the matching field that correspond to for the QuickBooks item. For example, the Customer Memo field on your invoice will correspond to the Customer Memo column within the item.
- If you'd like to pre-fill products and services into your invoice, you will need certain fields in monday.com to pull this information from.
- Product/Service drop-down column whose drop-down options exactly matches your QuickBooks Products & Services list. (Note: we recommend using sub-items to list your products and services.)
- Quantity (or Hours) as a number field.
- Price (or Cost) as a number field.
- Product or Service Description (this can be the sub-item name).
- If you want to use sub-items as a running list of all things invoiced (and create more than one invoice from a specific item) you'll need an Invoice Status column along with a value similar to "Ready to Invoice" so Glances will know which products/services to include in the invoice.

Automatically update QuickBooks fields in monday.com from QuickBooks records
Post-Action app updates allow monday.com columns to be updated with QuickBooks data. For example, when a customer pays your QuickBooks invoice, we can update the monday.com item to indicate the new balance.
