Data does not appear
From time to time, data may not appear in Glances. If data is not loading, you're seeing frequent errors, or you're encountering blank screens please try the following:
- Refresh the current browser tab that you are on and try again.
- If the issue isn't resolved, log out of the Glances widget and log back in again. The steps for this are below:
- Click on the Glances widget in the bottom-right corner of your webpage.
- Click the logout icon in the top-right:
- Re-enter your email and password to log back in.
- Click Log In.
Glancey stamp does not do anything
One of the challenges creating a browser extension like Glances is that it has to work within every single website, and since every website is created differently, it can be hard to support every website.
If you find the Glancey stamp does not work consistently on a website you use often, please reach out to us and let us know. We may be able to update the browser extension and add support for the website.
In the meantime, try clicking the Glances widget icon in the bottom right corner and selecting the person you want to view from the dropdown.
