If your widget is appearing within your browser, but you click it and it doesn't display data as expected, this may be due to cookie browser settings you have enabled. You can resolve this by following the steps below:
- From within Chrome, click the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the browser and select Settings, as shown here: https://d.pr/i/2AQOOy
- Click Privacy and security
- Click Cookies and other site data
- Select Block third-party cookies in Incognito or Allow all cookies*
Once this new setting is selected, navigate away from the settings page and to the page where you would like to load Glances. Refresh the page and your widget should now appear as expected. If you have any trouble, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
