If your widget is appearing within your browser, but you click it and it doesn't display data as expected, this may be due to cookie browser settings you have enabled. You can resolve this by following the steps below:
For Chrome
- From within Chrome, click the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the browser and select Settings, as shown here: https://d.pr/i/2AQOOy
- Click Privacy and security
- Click Cookies and other site data
- Select Block third-party cookies in Incognito or Allow all cookies*
* If you do not want to allow third-party cookies on all websites, you can manually add the specific sites where you want Glances to appear. To do this, scroll down the page to Sites that can always use cookies section, and click Add. Type the URL of your website and click Add again to save. It is worth noting that your website should include [*.] preceeding the URL. For example, if you want Glances to work on monday.com, you'll type [*.]monday.com which will allow Glances to work on www.monday.com as well as other subdomains, such as yourcompany.monday.com.
Once this new setting is selected, navigate away from the settings page and to the page where you would like to load Glances. Refresh the page and your widget should now appear as expected. If you have any trouble, please reach out to us at support@glances.com.
