Once you connect QuickBooks as a connected app within Glances, you will have access to create QuickBooks invoices and estimates directly from Glances. You can also create new products and services during estimate and invoice creation.
Here's how it works:
- Navigate to a customer's Glance.
- From the customer view, click the Actions menu in the top right corner.
- Select Create QuickBooks Invoice or Create QuickBooks Estimate.
- Click Add New Product/Service and complete the required fields. Be sure to select an Income Account using the drop-down along the right.
- Add any additional services or products for this invoice.
- Click Create Invoice or Create Estimate to save.
