With Glances for Outlook, you can threads for a customer.

Connection Requirements
To connect Outlook:
- Navigate to My Apps within your Glances dashboard and click the app's gear icon. (If you don't see the app you need, you can add it.)
- Click + to add a Team or Personal Connection. (You'll likely want to add a personal connection so that others on your team won't be able to search your email.)
- Click Sign in with Microsoft Outlook.
- Enter your login credentials. (Note: If you are already logged in to Outlook in your browser, you may not be required to enter credentials.)
- Click Accept.
If you are an admin, you can make changes to the data that displays by editing your Glances at any time.
Now, when you search for a customer, you'll be able to view conversation threads associated with that customer and the conversation back and forth.
