Salesforce is a customer relationship management solution that brings companies and customers together. It's one integrated CRM platform that gives all your departments — including marketing, sales, commerce, and service — a single, shared view of every customer. With Glances, keep tabs on essential Salesforce data, such as account and contact details, cases, calls, opportunities, notes, and tasks. Stay informed with unique-to-you data in My Daily Glances such as events and tasks for today and opportunities assigned to you.
To connect to Salesforce, you will:
- From your account glances.com, click Connect on the Salesforce app tile. (If you don't see the Salesforce tile, you can quickly add it by clicking + under My Apps.)
- Enter your Salesforce Instance URL.
- Click Connect.
- Enter your Salesforce login credentials.
- Click Log In.
Once connected, you can search for Salesforce data within the Glances widget. To make changes to the data that displays, you can edit your Glances at any time.
We don't currently have any Actions for Salesforce, but they can be added upon request. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to chat more about adding an Action for your workflow.
