To prevent Glances from appearing by default, you can update the extension settings to only display them upon clicking and refreshing the page. Follow the steps below:
1. Right click on the Glances browser extension icon within your browser’s toolbar and select Manage Extension.
2. Next to Site Access, use the drop-down and select On Click.
3. Return to your working page and refresh the page. Note that the Glances browser widget no longer appears on your page.
Opening Glances Once Disabled
When you want to use Glances, click the Glances browser extension icon within the toolbar. Click Refresh. When the page refreshes, click the Glances widget that now re-appeared on the page.
