The conversation view extends the data you can see by providing not just the details of a ticket or conversation, but also the individual responses between the customer and your team.
To see the conversation view, you can:
- Click the list of Intercom or Zendesk tickets Glance.
- Select the conversation or ticket you would like to see.
- Click Ticket Conversation at the bottom of the Glance.
