Intercom allows you to keep the conversation open with customers and potential customers by using a personalized, messenger-based platform to communicate. With Glances, you can view Intercom data, including conversation history.
To connect Intercom:
- From https://glances.com/app add Intercom to your list of apps.
- Click Connect.
- Enter your Intercom login credentials and sign in.
You can edit your Glances to view just the data you need at any time.
To see additional chat data:
- Search for a record.
- Click on List of Intercom Conversations.
- Click the record you would like to view.
- Click Chat Conversation.
