With Glances, you can extend Freshdesk data to be visible from any webpage you visit. Get insight into data such as open tickets you're assigned, company details, contact tickets, and contact details.
Connection Requirements
To connect to Freshdesk, you will:
- Navigate to My Apps within your Glances dashboard and click the app's gear icon. (If you don't see the app you need, you can add it.)
- Click + to add a Team or Personal Connection.
- Enter your Freshdesk API Key and Freshdesk Subdomain.
- Enter your Freshdesk login credentials.
- Click Connect.
Once connected, you can search for Freshdesk data within the Glances widget. To make changes to the data that displays, you can edit your Glances at any time.
